Business Development Manager (BDM) – Roles and Responsibilities
Primary Role:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting the company’s products or services in line with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Strategy

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and market analysis.

Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company targets.

Contribute to the company’s long-term business planning and expansion strategy.
2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
3. Sales & Marketing Support

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales strategies.

4. Market Research & Analysis

Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

5. Reporting & Administration

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.

Prepare periodic business reports highlighting progress, challenges, and growth projections.

Sales Account Manager
1. Client Relationship Management
